Kelly Midgett

Kelly moved to Wilmington to attend UNCW where she received her Business Marketing and Accounting degree. She fell in love with the area, especially Wrightsville Beach where she lived. After graduating she attained her real estate license where she worked in many areas like operations, property management and general sales.

Her journey relocated her to the Outer Banks, where she was a restaurant owner for several years. However, the southeast called to her, and she returned in 2014 and has been working mostly in new home sales. Her background and knowledge of real estate helps make the buying and selling process as seamless as possible.

She has one son who will be attending college soon leaving her an empty nester. When she’s not working you can usually find her with her beloved dogs, Luca and Lucy, at the beach, in the park or just hanging around with friends in Surf City.
